Proposed amendments to City of Holladay Ordinance:

7:10 PM 1. Chapter 13.02 - Planning Documents

2. Chapter 13.03 – Submissions

3. Chapter 13.07 – Development Review and Approval for Legislative Procedures

4. Chapter 13.08 - Development Review and Approval for Administrative Procedures

5. Chapter 13.10 – Subdivisions

7:40 PM 6. Ivory Homes – Fox Woods Subdivision - 4829 S 1300 East - Zone Change R-1-10 to R-2-10 – Planner: Rick Whiting – Ivory Homes wishes to build a 15 -19 lot single family detached home subdivision on this 3 acre site. Current zoning allows a maximum of 13 lots. A change to R-2- 10 zoning would allow sufficient density for their desired subdivision configuration.

8:00 PM 7. Café Madrid – 5244 S Highland Dr.– Amended Site Plan – NC Zone - Planner: Rick Whiting – Gabrielle McAfee, owner of the Café Madrid, now under construction; wishes to retain the existing 14 X 50 foot outbuilding on the site rather than demolish it as previously approved.
