The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 21 at 7pm. The hearing is to consider various amendments to Title 13.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider various amendments to Title 13 of the Holladay City Code. The proposed amendments include:
(1) Chapter 13.02- Planning Documents, a new chapter
(2) Chapter 13.03- Submissions, amendments to the existing chapter
(3) Chapter 13.07- Development Review and Approval for Legislative Procedures, a new chapter,
(4) Chapter 13.08- Development Review and Approval for Administrative Procedures, a new chapter, and
(5) Chapter 13.10- Subdivisions, moving the current Title 12 into Title 13.
The proposals are available for public inspection on the during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT 84117.
