7:10 PM 1. Canyon Slope Square – 6351 S 3000 East – Commercial Subdivision - Conceptual Plat – O-R-D zone – Planners: Paul Allred & Rick Whiting – Sequoia Development proposes to subdivide the project into individual lots for a 121 room hotel, three restaurants and a retail ski shop.

7:30 PM 2. Wasatch Powder House - 6351 S 3000 East – Conditional Use Permit for Retail Use – O-R-D zone - Planner: Rick Whiting – Paul Huber, owner, plans to open a ski shop in the Canyon Slope Square development.. The use requested is conditional in this zone.
