The Taxing Entity Commitee (TEC) for the Redevelopment Agency of Holladay City will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 15 at 9am. The agenda is now available.

Wednesday, June 15, 2011 – 9:00 a.m. Mt. Olympus Room - Holladay City Offices 4580 South 2300 East Holladay, Utah Compliance with Electronic Meeting Procedures - It is possible that a member of the Committee will be participating by electronic means. The Mt. Olympus Room shall serve as the anchor location.

5. Review of proposed Cottonwood Mall Urban Renewal Amended Project Area Budget – Randy Fitts, Randy Feil

6. Determination of whether there is unanimous consent of TEC representatives present to proceed with consideration of the adoption of proposed Amended Project Area Budget at this TEC meeting, rather than requiring a second TEC meeting for that purpose

7. Consideration and Adoption of Resolution 2011-01 Approving Cottonwood Mall Urban Renewal Amended Project Area Budget

8. Other Matters of Business, including setting of second TEC meeting by motion, if second meeting is needed

9. Adjournment

 

On Friday, June 3, 2011 at 10:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code.
