7:10 PM 1. Chapter 13.09, Quasi-Judicial Proceeding - Planner: Pat Hanson - This is a new chapter setting up standard procedures for such land use applications that are considered quasi-judicial proceedings such as variances and nonconformity determinations.
2. Appendix B- Land Use and Appeal Authorities Table- Planner: Pat Hanson - A new table for "at-a-glance" reference to the City's adopted Land Use and Appeal Authorities.
