PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

IV. Presentation by Granite School District to City of Holladay – Supt. Martin Bates
V. Presentation of 2011-2012 Tentative Budgets
(as required by State statute, the City Manager will present a tentative budget to the City Council for consideration)
VI. Consideration of Resolution 2011-13 Acknowledging Receipt of and Adopting the Tentative 2011-2012 Fiscal Year Budgets & Setting a Public Hearing for June 2, 2011
(the City Council will acknowledge receipt of the tentative budget from the Manager. This does not approve the budget, merely acknowledges receipt of the Manager’s tentative budget)
VII. Consideration of Resolution 2011-14 Allocating CDBG Funding for the 2011-2012 Fiscal Year
(The council will be awarding federally-funded Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) totaling approx $43,000 to various non-profit organizations

On Monday, May 2, 2011 at 11:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
