7:10 PM Public Hearing on Amendments to the General Plan - (Notice has been published in the newspaper as required by law.)
1. An update to Holladay City's Moderate Income Housing Element, Appendix E, - Proposed Amendment to the Holladay City General Plan- Planner: Pat Hanson - This is the biennial report required by Utah State Code.
2. The Highland Drive Corridor Master Plan, Appendix J - Proposed Amendment to the Holladay City General Plan – Planner: Rick Whiting - This is a revised plan for the future of Highland Drive based on the study of the corridor by the Community Development Staff.
Public Hearing on Amendments to Title 13, the Holladay City Zoning Ordinance - (Notice has been published in the newspaper as required by law.)
3. Chapter 13.05, Land Use and Appeal Authorities, including rescinding Chapters 13.05A and 13.94; Planner: Pat Hanson - This is an amendment to the existing chapter to consolidate all land use and appeal authorities into one chapter.
4. Chapter 13.06, General Administrative and Development Review Procedures, - Planner: Pat Hanson - This is a new chapter intended to clarify the city's entitlement procedures for all land use applications.
5. Chapter 13.09, Specific Development Review Procedures for Quasi-Judicial Proceeding - Planner: Pat Hanson - This is a new chapter setting up standard procedures for such land use applications that are considered quasi-judicial proceedings such as variances and nonconformity determinations.
6. Appendix B- Land Use and Appeal Authorities table- Planner: Pat Hanson - A new table for "at-a-glance" reference to the City's adopted Land Use Authorities.
