7:10 PM 3. Appendix A - Land Use Table and Various Chapters of Title 13 – Planner: Pat Hanson –The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to various chapters of Title 13, and Appendix A of that title, to move all permitted and conditional uses from the individual zone chapters to Appendix A. (Public Hearing – Notice has been published in the newspaper as required by law.)

Holladay Glen Subdivision – 5778 S Highland Dr. – Conceptual and Preliminary Plat - R-2-10 zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – Nick Mingo with Ivory Homes requested approval for a six-lot subdivision for single family detached homes – (Public Hearing – Notice has been mailed to neighboring property owners as required by law.)
8:00 PM 5. Amour Electrolysis, Home Occupation – 1800 E North Woodside Drive- Planner: Pat Hanson - Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation with Customers at the home. (Public Hearing – Notice has been mailed to neighboring
property owners as required by law.)
8:20 PM 6. Meiers Commercial Addition - 4696 S Holladay Blvd. – Proposed Building Addition – HV zone – Final Site Plan Approval - Planner: Jon Teerlink – Jeremy Meiers requested to add 2,500 sq. ft. of commercial / retail space. This project has been approved by the Design Review Board. (This is a “decision Item,” however, no public notice is required.)

7. Amendment to Chapter 13.82 – Signs – Planner: Paul Allred – Continued discussion of possible changes.
8. Amendments to Chapter 13.05; Land Use and Appeal Authorities – Planner: Pat Hanson - This is an amended chapter that includes enabling language for the City's decision-makers, including the Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment and other such bodies.
9. Amendments to Chapter 13.06; General Review and Approval Procedures – Planner: Pat Hanson - This is a new chapter which Includes much needed noticing requirements for Land Use Applications that require a public meeting prior to approval.
10. Amendments to Chapter 13.09; Specific Development Review Procedures for Quasi-Judicial Proceedings – Planner: Pat Hanson - This is a chapter that includes language moved from Chapter 13.92.
11. Highland Drive Corridor – General Plan Amendment – Planner: Rick Whiting
Review summary for first draft for amendment to the General Plan with regard to
the Highland Drive corridor.
