The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 15 at 7pm to consider amendments to Title 13.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, as close to 7:00pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider various amendments to Title 13 of the Holladay City Code. The proposed amendments will expand the current Definitions Chapter 13.04, to include new definitions for the uses listed as permitted and conditional uses in the various zones, add new graphics for some defined terms, and move all other defined terms from the various chapters into Chapter 13.04. The amendment removes all regulatory language from the defined terms and places those standards in Chapter 13.76, Supplemental Regulations.
