PUBLIC NOTICE
Holladay Special City Council Meeting


Notice is hereby given that the Holladay City Council will meet in a Special City Council Session on Thursday, March 14, 2002 at 9:00 p.m. in the Conference Room located at 4707 South Holladay Boulevard, Holladay, Utah 84117. The City Council will take action on certain agenda items.

The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to order.
2. Discussion of Annexation Study Performed by Millard Consultants.
3. Approval of Millrock Development Conditions.
4. Consideration of Authorixing Landmark Title Company to Perform Title Research for Public Use Properties.
5. Consideration of Authorizing the District Attorney to Conduct an Investigation Relative to Payment of an Invoice, and of Ratifying Any Prior Council Vote Concerning Such Issue.
6. Protest Murray Annexation.
7. Fire Systems Evaluation.
8. Request by Foster Care to Use Building for Meetings.
9. Apology to Planning Commission Relative to the Millrock Update Newsletter Article.
10. Proposal by Mayor Larkin Regarding Secretarial Position.
11. Review City Council Agenda for March 21, 2002 Meeting.

12. Other Business.
13. Closed Session to Discuss Potential Litigation.
14. Adjourn.
