Planning Commission Agendas 2010
The Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, November 16 as close to 7pm as possible to consider amemdments to Title 13. Those hearing notices and proposed language are now available.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Holladay Planning Commission will hold a three public hearings on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. The purpose of the hearings is to consider the following amendments to Title 13, Zoning of the Holladay Municipal Code.
The first proposed amendment is to Chapter 13.32, Multi-family Zones, of the Holladay Zoning Ordinance. The proposed text changes include amending required lot sizes, building setbacks, lot widths, and other minor development standards in the zone.
The second proposed amendment is to Chapter 13.45, Office Research Park and Development Zone (ORD), and includes various amendments to the development standards in the chapter.
The third proposed amendment is to Chapter 13.06, Zones Established, and would add language to the chapter explaining conditional and permitted uses, clearly state that uses not listed in the ordinance are prohibited and adopts Appendix A, Allowed Uses in the Zones.
The proposals are available for public inspection during regular business hours at offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117 in the Community Development Department.
