5:00 p.m. Briefing Session & Work Meeting - Mt. Olympus Room (The Council will be eating dinner during the pre-meeting discussion beginning at 5pm or as soon thereafter as possible)
6:00 p.m. Council Meeting – Council Chambers
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

II. Pledge of Allegiance
III. Public Comments (the public is invited to address the City Council on any subject for three minutes, five minutes for a group spokesperson, additional time allotted at the discretion of the chairperson)
IV. Public Hearing on Proposed Rezone for Property at 2110 E Murray Holladay Rd from R-2-8 to NC
(Neighborhood Commercial) (An application has been received to rezone the parcel to allow for an office building to be constructed)
V. Consideration of Ordinance 2010-18 Amending Title 13 Pertaining to Alcoholic Beverage Definitions, Repealing Existing Provisions and Enacting New Provisions.
(State law has required new definitions and the council is considering changes to the permitted and conditional uses for alcohol licenses)
VI. Consideration of Resolution 2010- Establishing and Promoting a Child Safe Community Standard
(The Council may resolve to set community standards)
VII. Review Status of Belmour Estates Appeal- (If needed)
The Planning Commission’s previous approval of a subdivision vacation (removal) was appealed to the city council. The parties may resolve the issue at the Planning Commission meeting on November 3, 2010)
VIII. Cowboy Partners Review of Holladay Advisory Committee Report – Dan Lofgren
The City Council heard from the Holladay Advisory Committee on October 2, 2010 regarding the appeal of the Planning Commission’s final site plan approval for Cowboy Partners proposed project on the NW corner of Holladay Boulevard and Murray-Holladay Road. The committee submitted their findings and recommendations on the Village Center and offered two alternatives to Mr. Lofgren’s plan

On Monday, November 1, 2010 at 11:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov
