2.1 Extension of Time for Filing Final Plat - Chapter 13.03.100 and Chapter 12.12.08 – A proposed amendment to extend the mandatory time limit to record a final plat after preliminary plat approval from one (1) year to four (4) years - (Discussion and Possible Recommendation to City Council) - Planner, Pat Hanson

2.2 Alcohol Sales Definitions- Various sections of Title 13 – including new definitions for all categories of alcoholic beverage retail sales to correspond with the current Utah Department of Alcohol Beverage Control definitions and amendments to the permitted and conditional use lists for various commercial zone districts as applicable to these terms - (Discussion and Possible Recommendation to City Council) - Planner, Pat Hanson

2.3 Assisted Living Facilities Definitions – Various sections of Title 13, including changes to the definitions chapter, the parking chapter and individual zone chapters as this applies to assisted living facilities as permitted and conditional uses allowed in the various zones - (Discussion and Possible Recommendation to City Council) - Planner, Pat Hanson
