The City Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, June 3 at 6pm. There will also be a public hearing on the proposed 2010-11 budgets. The agenda is now available.

5:00 p.m. Briefing Session & Work Meeting (The Council will be eating dinner during the discussion beginning at 5pm or as soon thereafter as possible)
6:00 p.m. Council Meeting
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

V. Consideration of Ordinance 2010- Amending Chapter 5.62.060 & 5.62.070 of the City Code Pertaining to the Regulation of Massage Establishments
(proposed amendments regarding massage therapist regulations)

(reports from individual council members of recent developments in their districts.)

1. Discussion on Village Center
a. Discussion regarding status of development project & plaza
b. Discussion on Advisory Committee recommendations regarding appeal of Planning Commission approval of the final site plan.
The advisory committee is expected to submit its initial report and recommendations to the council.
2. Update on Development Projects in Cottonwood Heights
a. Update on Cottonwood Heights’ proposed Canyons Resort Residential ordinance (Tavaci)
b. Update on Cottonwood Heights’ General Plan amendments to allow for 12 story bldgs. (Beckstrand Old Mill IV)
3. Budget Discussion
(discussion on tentative 2010-11 budgets)
4. Review of Council Goals
(review of goals and assignments from the Council’s annual planning meeting in Jan.)

On Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 12:30 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
