The City Council will hold a work meeting on Thursday, February 11 at 5pm. The agenda is now available.
NOTICE OF A WORK MEETING OF THE
CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2010
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a work meeting on Thursday, February 11 at 5:00pm. (The Council will be eating dinner during the discussion beginning at 5pm) The meeting will be held in the Mt. Olympus Room at Holladay City Hall – 4580 S 2300 E. NO decisions will be made at this meeting.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Welcome & Call to Order – Mayor Webb
2. Discussion on Water Issues
a. Jeff Niemeyer, SLC - Update on water issues throughout the city.
3. Update on Holladay Village
a. Review of open house
An Open house was held on Feb. 10 to get public input on the Plaza design. The Council will discuss the turnout, comments made and the next steps.
b. Review of Planning Commission Appeal on Preliminary & Final Site Plan approval for Cowboy Partners
The Council will review the Planning Commissions decision and next steps
4. Review of Proposed Rezone in the Vicinity of 2200 E Murray Holladay Rd (Aix LaChapelle, Holladay Villas)
Properties at 2220, 2260 and 2270 E Murray Holladay Road and 4749-4763 S Bonair Street are proposed to be rezoned RM (multiple-family residential), the rear portions of 4813 and 4821 Bonair are proposed to be rezoned R-1-21(single family residential), and 2210 E Murray Holladay Road is proposed to be rezoned P (public use)
5. Legislative Update
Update on Legislative issues from the current Legislative session
6. Calendar
7. Other Business
8. Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 to Discuss Personnel Issues, Potential Litigation and Property Acquisition and Disposition –(If needed)
9. Adjourn
On Monday, February 8, 2010 at 11:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and the State noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
