Both the Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed plaza design.
The Planning Commission hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 16 at 7pm.
The City Council will hold their public hearing on Thursday, February 18 at 6pm.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a pubilc hearing on Tuesday, February 16 as close to 7:00pm as possible. in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT.
The City Council will also hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 18, 2010, as close to 6:00 pm. as possible in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay General Plan, adding Exhibit I, for the overall design and use of approximately .5 acres of City property located on the vacant land formerly occupied by Little Caesar’s, Dr. Clean and Barbacoa, better known as the Village Plaza.
