2.1 Holladay Village Plat - 4860 S 2300 E - Cowboy Partners - Final Plat for a one-lot subdivision which includes the vacation of lots 18 through 25 of the Peony Gardens Subdivision - Planner: Pat Hanson (Discussion and Possible Decision)
2.2 Murray Holladay/Bonair Rezone – 2210 through 2270 East Murray Holladay Road, and 4749, 4813 & 4821 S Bonair Street– Recommendation to rescind the commercial zoning (C-2) for these residential properties and rezone to the residential zones RM & R-1-21. The proposal also includes the Casto House property rezone to Public Use zone
