The Board of Canvassers will meet on Tuesday, November 17 at 4:30pm to accept and approve the 2009 General Election results.

Notice is hereby given that the Holladay City Council will hold a Board of Canvassers meeting on Tuesday, November 17 at 4:30 p.m. in the Mt. Olympus Room located at 4580 S 2300 E., Holladay, UT 84117. It is possible that a member of the Board will be participating by electronic means. The Mt. Olympus Room will serve as the anchor location. The purpose of the meeting is to canvass the 2009 Municipal General Election. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call to order
2. Canvass the 2009 Municipal General Election
3. Consideration of Resolution 09-35 Certifying the 2009 Municipal General Election Results
4. Adjourn
On Friday, November 13, 2009 at 10:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library and on the city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com
