To request a copy of any city records, you must fill out a Records Request Form (GRAMA).

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and conduct city elections (link to election page)
  • Maintain agendas and minutes of the City Councl and  Planning Commission
  • Record’s manager for the City
  • Maintain agendas, minutes, ordinances and resolutions of the City Council
  • Annexation issues
  • Arrange for those who wish to be listed on the city council agenda.
