The City of Holladay is hiring for a Part Time Receptionist position. This position is a job share and performs a variety of general administrative and technical clerical duties as needed to expedite and coordinate the administrative, secretarial or clerical functions of the City. Hours: Mon, Wed, Friday from 12:30 – 5:00 p.m. and all day Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible.

Applicants must have knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, interpersonal communication skills, telephone etiquette and public relation skills. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from high school or GED plus 2 years of specialized training in general office practices and procedures, PC operation and various software applications, including proficiency in Excel; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary range is between $12.86-14.50/hr. No benefits
