Public Hearing - 10-21-10

The City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 21 as close to 6:00pm as possible.  The hearing will be to consider an amendment to Title 13 of the Holladay City Code. The proposed amendments include the addition of new definitions for all categories of alcoholic beverage retail sales to correspond with the current Utah Department of Alcohol Beverage Control definitions and amendments to the permitted and conditional use lists for various zone districts as applicable to these terms.  As well as an amendment to Section 13.62.040-Conditional Uses in the C-2 Zone, to add a "Club" liquor license to this list.

City Council Meeting - October 21, 2010

Special City Council Meeting - 10-27-10

The City Council will hold a Special meeting on Wednesday, October 27 at 6pm to hear a presentation from the Holladay Advisory Committee. The agenda is now available.

Public Hearing - City Council 11-4-10

The City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 4 at 6pm to consider rezone for property at 2110 E Murray Holladay Rd from R-2-8 to NC.

City Council Public Hearing - Nov. 18

The City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, November 18 beginning as close to 6pm as possible.  The first hearing will be to consider an amendment to Section 13.82.210 - Signs allowed. It would remove the time limits for political signs to be posted.

The second hearing will be to consider an amendment to Section 13.53.040 - Conditional Uses in the C-1 Zone to add "on-premise beer retail sales" and an "arcade" as conditional uses in the zone.
